Although all of this help is available and available for anyone, not all people with anger issues can benefit from the same type of resource. Anger, which is a perfectly normal emotion, can change into something frightening and ugly. The first impression you may have of anger situations may invoke images of a couple fighting, a parent abusing a child or a teenager lashing out at a teacher or a parent. Rarely will images of angry kids come to mind. Unfortunately kids, at very young ages, have to cope with emotions of anger and rage. This is a truth which is often very difficult for adults to understand or cope with.
